Road Safety

Today we have had two community police officers talk to use about how to cross a road safely and to safely use a pedestrian crossing.  We then went outside to practice crossing the road safely.

Diamond Jubilee Party

We had a great time at our party.  We made edible necklaces, had some lovely party food, we played traditional party games and we watched a tree being planted in celebration of the jubilee.  We have had lots of fun!

Growth Topic

This term our topic is ‘growth’ so the creative activity this week has been to design a model of a garden.  Some children have tried very hard.  Perhaps you would like to make one at home to bring intoschool to show.

Play the game below to learn what plants need to grow.

Today in ‘Show and tell’  Edward’s nan brought in his hamster called Crasher.  We saw him in his cage being very active and Edward told us all about how to care for and look after him.  We even got to stroke him!
